Shipping & Handling

We ship our baby clothes throughout the United States. Our shipping and handling rates and method of delivery are outlined below.

Shipping to Addresses in the US
Your order is shipped by USPS or UPS and should arrive in three to six business days from the date your order was processed.

Shipping and handling rates are as follows:



*We also offer an expedited service via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail for an additional charge. Please email us at service@cottonseedclothing.com to make arrangements.  (Please note, we cannot deliver to PO boxes within the continental US.)

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

*We do NOT accept returns of Cottonseed clothing that have been purchased at any retailer other than cottonseedclothing.com

To return merchandise, simply fill out the exchange/return form that is included with your purchase. Place the merchandise in the original package, or similar packaging, and use the return address label that is provided with your order.

If you do not have the exhange/return form from your order you can download one here.

Please mail your package to us by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (insured).

If we shipped an incorrect item we will refund your postage and ship the correct item at no cost to you.

If you are making an exchange we will ship your new merchandise out within 24 hrs of processing your return.  Shipping charges will apply.

If you are making a return, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.  Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.

Secure Information Transmissions

When you send confidential personal credit card information to us on our web site, a secure server software which we have licensed encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches our web site. Other email that you may send to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your transmitting the information. For that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information such as credit card numbers or passwords to us through an unsecured email
